    Pricing. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may modify prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, notify you, and issue a full refund.

    Availability. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

    3. Orders & Payment

    An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your request, not formal acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud or inventory shortages. Full payment is due at purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and the secure payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your financial details.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. For delivery windows, tracking, and handling, see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address.

    5. Intended Use of Products

    Our products are designed for children within the age ranges stated on each product page and should be used under adult supervision. Products are not suitable for children below the minimum stated age. Please follow any care or safety information provided with the product.

    6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
